So beautiful! The emotions our clothes evoke of past memories is such a powerful thing.

Love how you decided to show up for your dad and how the clothes on your rail are supporting you.

Thanks Sigrid. It has been a surprising relief to not think about clothes, but always be able to feel like myself.

That kind of the ultimate goal for a wardrobe.

I'm so glad that you can rely on your beautiful and loved clothing to lift your (and your dad's) spirits through this difficult time. I'm always amazed at the power of clothing to lift us, and those around us. Sending you love 💕

A thoughtful attitude. Probably gives him a boost to see you looking nice.

I have a charcoal grey and a kind of pea green cashmere shawl. I bought them years ago (two summers apart) from a little shop in Ravello. I wear the grey one all winter, as a scarf but often put it over my head, wrapping the rest around my neck when it's raining. The green one is for when I want a pop of colour. Love them. xx

I love a scarf/shawl as hood!

What a beautiful ode to clothing and all that a piece can hold, and all the physical and intellectual comfort it can provide.

I’m feeling very much as though my clothes are my armour, right now!
